Team Lead, SRE
We're looking for a Team Lead, Site Reliability Engineering, to lead our SRE team in Amsterdam. You'll own the reliability, scalability, and security of our platform—enabling product teams to deliver value quickly and safely. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set technical direction, drive engineering excellence, and grow a high-performing team.

What You’ll Own:
TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP
- Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of highly available and scalable infrastructure on Azure
- Set and evolve the team's technical direction for CI/CD, observability, security and infrastructure-as-code
- Architect self-service tooling that empowers product teams to deploy and operate autonomously
- Own the observability strategy end-to-end—define SLIs/SLOs, enforce actionable logs, metrics, alerts, and Grafana dashboards for every service before go-live
- Champion Infrastructure as Code via Terraform—no manual changes, no ClickOps
- Participate in an on-call rotation
PEOPLE LEADERSHIP
- Lead the SRE team day-to-day: set priorities, provide direction, and remove blockers
