This role involves leading a team to develop, launch, and manage strategic events across multiple cities, contributing to Fever's mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments, including Marketing and Operations, to drive the growth of original events in the French-speaking region of Europe.

Key responsibilities include building and managing a team of Project Managers and Producers, ensuring team members meet quality and revenue goals, defining strategies for scalable experiences to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction, managing the local portfolio of experiences based on data analysis, negotiating and closing business deals, and representing Fever at local events. The role also involves providing coaching and feedback to team members and executing detailed analyses of business opportunities and processes.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in project management, startups, or consulting, with at least one to two years in a people management role. An MBA from a top-tier school is preferred. Fluency in English and French is required, along with strong analytical and organizational skills. The candidate should be solution-focused, capable of managing complex projects, and possess excellent communication skills to influence all levels of staff. Extensive networking abilities and a curiosity to explore new concepts are also essential.
