Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Renewals Specialists to achieve retention and revenue targets
- Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and career development plans
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture
Renewal Management
- Lead the renewal process for assigned accounts to improve renewal rates.
- Engage with customers 180 days before renewal deadlines to secure timely renewals & multi-year contracts.
- Prepare accurate renewal quotes and contracts in line with company policies.
- Ability to independently run a full renewals process with efficiency and urgency
Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Present renewal information independently and confidently
- Clearly communicate complex renewal contracts
Negotiation and Objection Handling
- Address customer objections related to renewals.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing for mutually beneficial agreement.
- Creativity with deal structure.
Data Analysis
- Use reporting tools to track renewal performance, maintain accurate & timely forecast, and identify at-risk accounts.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on renewal status and key metrics.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with sales, customer success, and other internal teams for a cohesive renewal approach.
