In this role, the Team Lead Product Owner manages the product backlog by formulating and prioritizing items aligned with critical business objectives. They define sprint objectives, review and approve development work, and serve as the primary communicator between the development team and stakeholders. Additionally, they are responsible for backlog refinement, creating and maintaining change requests, defining acceptance criteria, gathering and verifying functional and non-functional requirements, and participating in OKR planning.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, along with three years in a Team Lead Product Owner position. Essential skills include proficiency in requirements lifecycle management, product backlog management, product development architecture, Scrum and Agile methodologies, and user experience principles. Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, organizational, leadership, and conflict resolution skills are also required.
