Our Commercial Development team is seeking a Team Lead Account Executive for the Netherlands. In this role, you will combine individual sales excellence with commercial leadership, driving growth and performance across the NL market in close collaboration with SDR, Customer Success, and senior leadership.

This role is ideal for a high performing Account Executive ready to take on team responsibility and step into commercial leadership.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will operate as a player–coach in the NL market — owning and managing the full sales cycle as a quota-carrying seller, while also driving team performance and predictability. Here’s a bit more of what you can expect:

- End-to-End Sales Execution: Own a full sales cycle in the NL market, from qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities through to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

- Strategic Value Selling: Lead high-quality discovery and demo conversations that clearly articulate business impact and position Moss as a strategic finance partner.

- Pipeline & Forecast Excellence: Maintain CRM discipline and drive strong pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and structured deal reviews across the team.

- Player–Coach Leadership: Contribute directly as a quota-carrying seller while acting as a sparring partner on strategic deals and supporting the development of Account Executives.
