[Tan Phu] Customer Service Administrator

Eurofins is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Tan Phu, Ho Chi Minh City. This role is integral to our customer service department, focusing on administrative support, communication coordination, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The Customer Service Administrator will manage manual turnaround time tasks on the eLIMs system, control project statuses, and oversee responsible staff assignments. Responsibilities include sending daily report lists to relevant departments, creating invoice templates, handling subcontract submissions, and supporting the purchasing process from subcontractors and suppliers. Additional duties involve uploading reports, creating client accounts in CRM, generating quotations in CONLIMS, processing expense claims, and managing the receipt and dispatch of final contracts and returned samples.

Candidates should have at least six months of experience in customer service or testing environments. A college degree is required, along with basic proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Essential skills include the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team setting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills are advantageous.

Eurofins offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from VND 8,000,000 to VND 10,000,000.
