[Tan Phu] Business Analyst

Eurofins is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Tan Phu. As a global leader in testing services, Eurofins offers a dynamic environment where professionals can contribute to innovative solutions across various industries.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders from multiple departments to gather and manage business and functional requirements. Your responsibilities will include translating business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process diagrams. Additionally, you will monitor and validate new features post-release, provide documentation and user training, and support issue analysis and resolution related to the product ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. A solid problem-solving mindset, proven ability to analyze complex workflows, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. Knowledge in business process modeling using BPMN or equivalent standards, system architecture, solution design, and proficiency in Excel and data analysis are also required. Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.

Eurofins offers a competitive monthly compensation ranging from VND 20,000,000 to VND 23,000,000.
