This role is integral to ensuring that hiring decisions align with the company's commitment to excellence and diversity.

The Talent Scientist will be responsible for driving talent analytics to provide real-time insights, conducting in-depth behavioral interviews to assess candidate motivations and behaviors, and building strong relationships with global stakeholders to monitor and enhance hiring activities. Joining Canonical means becoming part of a pioneering tech firm at the forefront of the global move to open source. As the publisher of Ubuntu, one of the most important open-source projects and the platform for AI, IoT, and the cloud, Canonical is changing the world of software. The company values excellence and offers a remote-first work environment that challenges employees to think differently, work smarter, learn new skills, and raise their game.
