The Key Account Management Specialist will be responsible for managing large merchant accounts, focusing on year-over-year revenue growth through strategic commercial plans. This role involves developing pipelines for new products, market expansion, and increasing the share of checkout opportunities to boost volume and revenue. The specialist will act as the voice of the customer, understanding their priorities and effectively communicating them across internal teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, operations, risk, legal, and finance, is essential to maximize merchant satisfaction and performance.

Candidates should have experience as an Account Manager or in Business Development, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Experience in the payments industry is required, along with a strong understanding of merchant payment environments and needs. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines and forecast revenue are essential. The role requires a self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced setting, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, and a secondary language is a plus.
