EBANX is seeking a Key Account Management Specialist to join our team in London. This individual contributor role focuses on driving growth with international merchants and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a global fintech company founded in 2012, EBANX specializes in providing payment solutions across Latin America, connecting businesses to a diverse range of payment methods.

In this position, you will manage large merchant accounts, executing strategic commercial growth plans to achieve year-over-year revenue increases. Responsibilities include developing pipelines for new products, expanding into new markets, and enhancing the merchant's share of checkout opportunities. You will act as the primary liaison for merchants, understanding their product challenges and expansion goals, and effectively communicating these to internal cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will monitor and propose strategies to improve merchant performance, optimize payment methods, and increase market penetration.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record as an Account Manager or in Business Development, consistently exceeding targets. Experience in the payments industry is essential, along with a deep understanding of merchant payment environments and needs. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and revenue forecasting are required. The role demands excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. A valid passport and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time are necessary. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in a secondary language is advantageous.

EBANX offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth. Benefits include language classes in Spanish, English, or Portuguese; the WAVES bonus program tied to goals and results; budgets for long courses and workshops; a birthday day off; and comprehensive health and dental insurance with subsidies for dependents. Additional support is provided through programs offering psychological, financial, and legal guidance.

Joining EBANX means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive culture that values innovation and collaboration. We are committed to providing access and creating impactful solutions in the fintech industry. This role offers significant growth opportunities within a company that is expanding its global presence and continuously evolving its services.
