[Talent Pool] Business Development Specialist
EBANX is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support its global expansion by acquiring new business and forming strategic partnerships in key regions. This role focuses on engaging with enterprise merchants, driving growth through centralized management and scalable solutions. As a front-runner of our expansion, the specialist will onboard new customers, strengthen relationships, and reinforce our presence among digital clients.
Key responsibilities include identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with merchants to expand market presence and revenue. The specialist will build and execute strategic plans to penetrate new verticals, regions, and customer segments. Proactively generating leads, conducting market research, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders are essential tasks. Additionally, the role involves driving the adoption of our payment solutions and collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless deal execution and client onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development or strategic sales with global enterprise accounts, particularly within the payments industry. A track record of meeting and exceeding business goals is highly valued. Deep knowledge of the merchant payment ecosystem, market trends, and customer pain points is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals, are required. Proficiency in English is a must, and a secondary language is a plus.
