[Talent pool] Business Development Specialist
EBANX is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support its global expansion by acquiring new business and forming strategic partnerships in key regions. This role focuses on engaging with enterprise merchants, driving growth through centralized management and scalable solutions. As a front-runner of our expansion, the specialist will onboard new customers, strengthen relationships, and enhance our presence with digital clients.
Key responsibilities include identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with merchants to expand market presence and revenue. The specialist will build and execute strategic plans to penetrate new verticals, regions, and customer segments. Proactively generating leads, conducting market research, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders are essential aspects of the role. Additionally, the specialist will drive the adoption of our payment solutions, positioning the company as a preferred partner.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development or strategic sales with global enterprise accounts, particularly within the payments industry. A track record of meeting and exceeding business goals is highly valued. Deep knowledge of the merchant payment ecosystem, including payment processing solutions and e-commerce platforms, is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals and present to senior stakeholders effectively, are required. Proficiency in English is a must, and a secondary language is a plus.
