As a Talent Brand Experience Manager at Stripe, you will be responsible for shaping and managing Stripe's reputation as an employer, influencing how candidates perceive and experience the company throughout their journey. This role involves owning and evolving Stripe's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), leading the redesign and ongoing development of the careers site, and developing recruitment marketing campaigns and programs. Additionally, you will build and maintain recruiter enablement resources, drive EVP measurement through brand studies and reporting, and manage strategic external partnerships to enhance Stripe's employer brand visibility.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in employer branding, talent brand, recruitment marketing, or a closely related field. A proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs and projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities is essential. Experience in developing and activating an Employer Value Proposition, as well as expertise in recruitment marketing and content creation, is highly desirable. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also key requirements for this role.
