The Talent Acquisition Manager at WPP Media is responsible for leading a high-performing recruitment team within an end-to-end hiring model. This role ensures consistent, high-quality hiring delivery by managing team capacity, driving operational excellence, and developing recruiting talent across different levels of seniority. The position plays a critical role in connecting hiring demand with execution, aligning priorities, enabling proactive talent strategies, and ensuring the team delivers against business needs. While primarily focused on leadership and system performance, the role maintains involvement in complex or high-impact searches to stay close to the market and support successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality execution of the end-to-end talent acquisition model and proactively managing risks. The manager aligns workload with hiring needs and enables proactive pipelining, sets expectations, coaches performance, and builds a high-performing environment. Additionally, the role supports complex situations, manages expectations with the business, leads high-impact or complex roles, ensures accurate tracking, reporting, and use of talent acquisition systems, and reinforces adoption of the talent acquisition model and continuous improvement.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations, ideally in global or high-volume environments. Proven experience in leading and setting performance metrics for a team is essential. The role requires experience in reporting, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders through clear, data-driven conversations. Advanced English proficiency (C1 level), both written and spoken, is necessary, as well as strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition process improvement, and employment legislation.
