Talent Acquisition Coordinator
AlphaSense is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This remote position, based in India, involves working night shifts to support U.S. and U.K. time zones. AlphaSense is a leading AI-driven market intelligence platform, trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. Our platform delivers critical insights from a vast universe of public and private content, empowering professionals to make informed business decisions.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Your responsibilities will include posting job openings, sending offer letters, pulling reports, organizing Google Drive, and editing presentations. You will correspond with candidates throughout the interview process, schedule interviews, send out case studies or assignments, manage candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), and provide updates to the team. Additionally, you will become a Greenhouse power-user, assisting in the management and administration of the system to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Collaboration with coordinators and recruiters to improve existing programs and processes is also a key aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate is energetic and approachable, bringing a positive attitude and eagerness to assist, making them an excellent main point of contact for candidates and internal teams. You should be highly organized and process-oriented, excelling at creating, documenting, and implementing systems and processes that ensure consistency and efficiency. Attention to detail is crucial, ensuring that candidate-facing communications are polished and error-free. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively engage with a high volume of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs) and experience with ATS systems, especially Greenhouse, is highly preferred.
While this is a temporary position for a duration of 6 months, there may be opportunities for an extended contract or conversion to a permanent role based on business needs and performance.
