System Designer
BrainRocket is seeking a System Designer to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that challenge conventional formats.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and continuously updating our design systems to ensure they remain modern, scalable, and aligned with current trends. You will collaborate closely with other designers, potentially managing and mentoring them, to maintain a consistent design approach across all tools. Additionally, you will integrate feedback from the UX team and stakeholders to enhance and expand our design systems.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in UX/UI design and at least three years focused on managing design systems. Proficiency in designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android, is essential. A strong understanding of Figma, including its tokens, autolayouts, and latest updates, is required. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic client-server architecture is also necessary. The candidate should possess an engineering mindset, applying systematic, analytical thinking to design and refine scalable, integrated design solutions.
