System Analyst - Fintech Solution
BrainRocket is seeking an experienced System Analyst with a strong background in the Fintech industry to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This on-site role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals. As a System Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, transforming complex requirements into detailed system designs. Your responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, developing system designs, collaborating with developers and testers, creating comprehensive documentation, supporting user acceptance testing, and identifying opportunities for system improvements.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role. Fintech experience is essential, particularly with payments, card processing, and PCI DSS. Proficiency in SQL, system modeling tools (UML/BPMN), and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence) is required, along with experience in Agile/Scrum environments and strong analytical and communication skills.
