System Analyst

BrainRocket is seeking a System Analyst to join our dynamic team in Valencia, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing solution requirements to ensure they align with business objectives. You will develop detailed system designs, workflows, and technical specifications, collaborating closely with developers, testers, and product teams to facilitate successful system implementations. Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, user guides, and technical manuals, and support user acceptance testing by creating test cases, reviewing results, and facilitating issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL, system modeling tools (UML/BPMN), and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar) is essential. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities are also required. An upper-intermediate level of English proficiency is necessary.
