Synthetic Organic Chemist - Radiochemistry

Eurofins Selcia Limited is seeking a skilled synthetic organic chemist to join our multidisciplinary team specializing in isotope chemistry. As a leading provider of custom radioisotope labeling services, we focus on synthesizing compounds labeled with carbon-14 and tritium for clients in the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and specialty chemicals industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for the synthesis and purification of isotopically labeled, biologically active compounds used in regulatory studies to support the development and registration of new products. While experience with radioisotopes is advantageous, it is not essential; comprehensive training will be provided, and you will be supported by our experienced isotope chemists.

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry or a first degree in chemistry with a minimum of one year's relevant industrial experience. A broad understanding of organic reactions and a passion for laboratory work are essential. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to meet tight deadlines is crucial. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a strong customer-focused approach, are also required.
