Sustainment Lead, Advanced Effects
The Sustainment Lead for Advanced Effects at Anduril Industries is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle and sustainment of advanced defense technologies. This role involves developing and managing comprehensive logistics and product support strategies to enhance the deployment, maintenance, and longevity of hardware systems. The Sustainment Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all elements of Integrated Product Support.
Key responsibilities include directing all Integrated Product Support activities across Advanced Effects programs, implementing and maintaining logistics systems and standards, and leading the sustainment team to align with customer and contractual expectations. The role also involves collaborating with engineering, quality, and program management teams to develop and execute product support plans, participating in the establishment of design concepts and criteria, and influencing the preparation of proposals and business plans.
Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in DoD or government logistics or progressively complex program administration roles, including leadership positions in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or sustainment. Technical expertise in logistics management principles and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to DoD or government logistics, preferably concerning aircraft, are essential. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance is required.
Anduril Industries offers a competitive salary range for this position, with compensation between $166,000 and $220,000 annually.
