The Supplier Risk & Compliance Specialist will play a pivotal role in strengthening Fever's supplier governance and compliance processes on a global scale. This position focuses on managing supplier risks, ensuring compliance, and implementing procurement tools to onboard, manage, and monitor suppliers effectively. The specialist will collaborate closely with teams such as Procurement, Trust & Safety, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Finance to enhance visibility, traceability, and adoption of compliance measures across the organization.
Key responsibilities include supporting the implementation of Fever's Supplier Risk & Compliance framework, assessing financial, operational, and compliance risks across suppliers, and partnering with Trust & Safety, Legal, Privacy, and Finance teams to ensure supplier due diligence and contract compliance. The role also involves contributing to the implementation, rollout, and governance of procurement tools to streamline supplier management processes.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Information Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance projects. A strong understanding of security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, or similar, is essential. Experience in supplier risk management and compliance processes is highly desirable.
