Supervisor - Client Services (VSA)

The Supervisor - Client Services (VSA) at Eurofins plays a pivotal role in overseeing department operations and ensuring seamless communication between clients and laboratory personnel. Eurofins, a global leader in bioanalytical testing, operates over 800 laboratories across 41 countries, providing comprehensive services in environmental, food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics testing.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily department activities, interfacing with other department heads, and providing guidance on procedures, analysis methods, and equipment. The role also involves adhering to quality measures that meet or exceed ISO/IEC 17025 standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and assisting in the development and implementation of analysis methods and protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related science field, with a preference for a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Previous supervisory experience is advantageous, along with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. Experience working in a cGMP environment and a basic understanding of cGMP, GLP, and ISO 17025 guidelines are also desirable.
