Submissions Coordinator

The Submissions Coordinator at BESIX Watpac plays a pivotal role within the Business Development team, focusing on the preparation and delivery of tenders, proposals, and marketing materials. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end submission process, ensuring all materials align with corporate branding guidelines, and coordinating the preparation of Expressions of Interest and tender submissions. The role also involves writing and editing non-technical content, designing and formatting documents, and maintaining the company's image and infographics library. Additionally, the Submissions Coordinator will produce marketing materials for both internal and external purposes and prepare submissions for industry awards and pre-qualifications.

Candidates should possess previous experience in a similar role or within the construction/property sector, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple complex tasks under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office suites is essential, along with strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills. An appreciation for design and graphic layout, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport across the business are also important qualifications for this role.
