Wolt is seeking a strategic and hands-on Sub-Region Head of Account Management to lead and scale the account management function supporting our Rx, NV, and Commerce Platform teams. This leadership role involves managing Team Leads and Account Managers across multiple countries, with a focus on retention, revenue growth, and operational excellence for a diverse merchant base.

The Sub-Region Head will define and execute account management strategies, including segmentation, coverage models, and lifecycle motions such as onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth. Responsibilities encompass hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing leaders, establishing standard operating procedures, setting key performance indicators, and overseeing forecasting and capacity planning. Additionally, the role involves driving revenue retention and expansion strategies, leading commercial motions for WoltAds, promotions, and campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes.

Candidates should possess over eight years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales leadership, including at least three years managing managers. A proven track record in scaling teams, strong operational and analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A customer-first mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes is also required.
