Studio Coach Support - Parker, CO

The Studio Coach Support role at WeightWatchers in Parker, Colorado, is designed for individuals passionate about wellness and community engagement. As part of the Field Team, Studio Coaches and Guides establish connections with members and create inclusive in-person communities at Studio locations. They inspire members to develop healthy habits by teaching them how to eat healthier while still enjoying their favorite foods, move more, sleep better, and shift their mindset, all while fostering a sense of community and belonging. Each week, Coaches and Guides work hard to help members achieve their wellness goals and make positive lifestyle changes.

In this role, you will deliver an exceptional studio experience by creating a welcoming environment for members, including check-ins and processing enrollments. You will build strong community connections by seeking opportunities to establish on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and enhance brand awareness through participation in internal and external events. Focusing on member recruitment and retention, you will build relationships with members and provide them with the support, tools, or products they need to succeed. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to workshop guidelines and maintain the studio, including stocking shelves with products.

Ideal candidates should be passionate about wellness, with a preference for current WeightWatchers members or those eager to become one. Strong active listening skills are essential to effectively assist members. Being social media savvy or a content creator is beneficial. The role requires the ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory and an interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.

The base salary for this position ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. The role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
