The Studio Coach will also provide behavior change coaching, ensuring members feel supported and encouraging them to reflect, learn, and create action plans.

Ideal candidates should be social media savvy or content creators with a passion for wellness. Experience in group facilitation is preferred, along with excellent active listening skills to effectively assist members. The role requires the ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory and an interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.

The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 USD annually, depending on skills, experience, and location. The role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
