Strategy & Operations Manager
Wolt is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our global Support organization, based in Ramat Gan, Israel. This role is pivotal in leading strategic and operational initiatives aimed at enhancing Customer Support performance, Service Excellence, and Quality of Service (QoS). The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Analytics, and both local and global stakeholders to drive impactful, technology-driven projects from conception to implementation.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end strategic and operational projects, managing technological initiatives in partnership with Product teams and operational support centers, and translating business needs into operational and technological requirements. The role also involves analyzing operational performance data related to contact rates, service excellence, and QoS to identify trends and improvement opportunities, as well as driving the implementation and adoption of systems, tools, and operational processes across global teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading complex cross-functional projects in dynamic environments, particularly those involving technology-driven initiatives such as systems implementation and operational process improvements. A strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and work effectively with Product and Development teams is essential. An analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills are also critical. Experience in global environments and a background in Customer Support or service operations are advantageous. A relevant academic background in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
