Strategy & Operations - Analyst
Fever is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Madrid. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing new processes and tools aimed at maximizing profit and productivity across Fever's business units. Key tasks include conducting ad-hoc analyses to identify improvement areas in production, time-to-market, invoicing, and marketing. You will also participate in strategic projects to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across teams, as well as explore new features such as software solutions, AI agents, and dashboards to enhance impact.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, with 0–2 years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, or tech-related roles. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, Python, or MATLAB is required, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps. A fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments will excel in this role.
