Strategy Director
Monks is seeking a seasoned Strategy Director to lead the strategic vision for one of the world’s most visible tech clients. This role focuses on UX strategy, emphasizing the website as a brand’s most powerful marketing engine. The Strategy Director will collaborate closely with UX design leads to define how the ecosystem tells the brand story and guides the user journey.
Key responsibilities include authoring pitch decks for site strategy and digital experiences, acting as the bridge between the client’s marketing goals and digital reality. The role involves orchestrating user journeys from advertisements to landing pages and product deep-dives, ensuring cohesive narratives. Additionally, the Strategy Director will define information architecture and content strategy with a marketer's mindset, consolidating disparate microsites into a unified brand experience.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in digital strategy, UX strategy, or experience strategy, preferably within digital agencies where websites are primary marketing channels. Proven experience in leading pitches for large-scale digital projects is essential. Core skills include expert proficiency in Keynote or Google Slides, a strong grasp of UX fundamentals, and the ability to connect UX improvements to marketing KPIs such as engagement and conversion rates.
