Monks is seeking a seasoned Strategy Director to lead the strategic vision for one of the world’s most visible tech clients. This role focuses on UX strategy, emphasizing the website as a brand’s most powerful marketing engine. The ideal candidate will connect big brand campaigns with product page navigation, content strategy, site narratives, and user flows. This position is based in New York, United States.

The Strategy Director will be responsible for developing strategic narratives and pitching digital experiences, acting as the bridge between the client’s marketing goals and digital reality. Key duties include authoring pitch decks, orchestrating user journeys from ads to product deep-dives, and providing persuasive leadership to client marketing executives. Additionally, the role involves defining information architecture and content strategy with a marketer's mindset, consolidating disparate microsites into a cohesive brand experience, and ensuring web strategy aligns with broader marketing calendars and product launches.

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in digital strategy, UX strategy, or experience strategy, preferably within digital agencies where websites are treated as primary marketing channels. Essential skills include expert proficiency in Keynote or Google Slides for creating persuasive narratives, a strong grasp of UX fundamentals such as information architecture and user research, and the ability to connect UX improvements to marketing KPIs like engagement and conversion rates.

Monks offers strategic leadership over a high-profile digital ecosystem, a pivotal role in shaping how a global tech giant approaches the web, and a collaborative, global team to help execute the defined vision.
