Strategy and Value Creation Intern
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Strategy and Value Creation Intern to join our dynamic team in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments, contributing to the integration and strategic development of newly acquired companies. As an intern, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business models, identifying value creation opportunities, and supporting the execution of integration plans.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include analyzing newly acquired companies to understand their operational structures and key value drivers. You will assist in developing and executing integration plans across multiple functions such as Product, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and Corporate. Additionally, you will build frameworks to monitor post-integration performance, analyze key performance indicators, and prepare data-driven updates for senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments are essential. A high level of ownership, proactivity, and intellectual curiosity, along with an interest in strategy, value creation, operations, consulting, private equity, or M&A, will contribute to success in this role.
