Strategy and Analytics Associate, GTM

Instawork is seeking a Strategy and Analytics Associate to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations and Analytics team. This role is pivotal in transforming our revenue engines through AI and automation, focusing on designing scalable systems and automated workflows that enhance the effectiveness of our GTM organization. The position is based in our San Francisco office and requires in-office presence five days a week.

The Strategy and Analytics Associate will be responsible for developing data foundations and executing data-driven initiatives. This includes using SQL and analytics tools to build reliable data structures, creating self-serve dashboards, and designing AI-powered workflows to automate processes across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management. Additionally, the role involves defining and tracking core GTM KPIs to provide a comprehensive view of performance and collaborating with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in analytics, business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology startup. A strong analytical foundation is essential, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL; experience with Python and BI tools like Tableau or Mode is advantageous. Familiarity with automation platforms and AI tools, along with strong cross-functional communication skills, is also required.

The base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, with eligibility for equity in the form of stock options.
