Strategic Program Manager
Branch is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead and execute strategic internal initiatives, manage onboarding, and oversee operational projects for key customers and partners. This role involves acting as the primary technical advisor for clients, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional solutions and experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level project management, with a focus on complex technical and operational problem-solving.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships for design partners, leading product launches, and serving as the main point of contact for clients. You will oversee the technical and operational aspects of partner integrations, ensuring smooth project execution and supporting internal teams in collaboration with the Partner Management team. Additionally, you will be responsible for the approval of custom Statements of Work (SOWs) for integration customers and will consult with Solution Engineering on all new SOWs. Serving as a liaison between the Product and Customer Success teams, you will ensure that Customer Success is equipped with the necessary training, resources, and tools to support new product launches and updates. Your role will also involve developing and refining processes for onboarding, customer feedback loops, and internal playbooks to enhance scalability and efficiency across the team. You will manage the overall project charter, collaborating with various stakeholders from Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Success, Risk, and Support to deliver world-class solutions and experiences. Maintaining organized and comprehensive internal and external documentation, providing regular project updates to key stakeholders and executive management, and participating in relevant client-facing meetings are also key aspects of this role. You will negotiate customer requests while balancing needs with system capabilities, business impact, resources, and timelines, and engage with technical stakeholders to solution, document, test, and deploy various integration workflows and configurations. Additionally, you will be accountable for revenue attainment on new logo bookings through user and product adoption.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in enterprise project management, leading complex, cross-functional projects. Experience in designing, testing, and deploying integrated solutions, with a technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and deployment best practices, is essential. Proficiency in implementation best practices, with a demonstrated ability to create and deliver repeatable processes that drive improvements for KPIs such as time to launch, on-time delivery, and revenue attainment, is required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are necessary. The candidate should be highly detailed in internal and external documentation, with a focus on maintaining accurate and comprehensive records. A detail-oriented approach with the ability to think strategically and anticipate potential issues and risks is important. Proven experience in developing and implementing new processes, best practices, and supporting resources to drive repeatability and operational efficiency is preferred. The ability to solve complex technical and operational problems, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, is crucial.
