Strategic Partnerships Manager
The Strategic Partnerships Manager at Oklo will play a pivotal role in the Corporate Development team, focusing on deploying advanced fission technologies at scale. This position involves identifying, negotiating, and managing high-stakes relationships with a diverse set of global partners, including industrial leaders, hyperscale customers, and innovative startups. The role is integral to building the commercial infrastructure necessary for the future of clean energy.
Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships, both pre- and post-deal. The manager will oversee relationships with large-scale enterprise customers, assisting them in transitioning to reliable, carbon-free baseload power. Additionally, the role involves acting as the primary liaison for partners such as fuel cycle providers, EPC firms, and technology integrators to ensure seamless operational alignment.
Candidates should possess 4–6 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development, or management consulting. A proven track record in negotiating complex, multi-party commercial agreements is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to build commercial models and assess the financial health and strategic fit of potential partners. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is necessary; an MBA is a plus.
Oklo offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $215,000, dependent on applicant experience. The benefits package includes flexible time off, equity options, 401(k) plans, health insurance, FSA, and flexible work hours.
