Strategic Event Operations Manager
Fever is seeking a Strategic Event Operations Manager to lead the design and execution of complex, high-impact events globally. This role involves working from early-stage definition to final execution, owning the full operational strategy of each project. The position is highly autonomous, suitable for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists.
Key responsibilities include leading the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events, translating partner needs into scalable operational models, and designing processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed. The role also involves problem-solving in ambiguous environments, anticipating operational risks, and making decisions with incomplete information. Additionally, the manager will work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams to align multiple stakeholders around a clear execution plan and act as the main operational point of contact for key partners.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or strategy and operations roles in high-growth companies, with proven experience solving complex, ambiguous problems and leading projects end-to-end. They should possess a structured problem-solving approach, a builder mentality, high ownership, and strong stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is required.
Fever offers an attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary between $70,000 and $74,500, with the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
