Additionally, the manager will drive the adoption of EBANX's payment solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution and client onboarding, and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development or strategic sales with global enterprise accounts, particularly within the payments industry. A strong track record of meeting and exceeding business goals is highly valued. Deep knowledge of the merchant payment ecosystem, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in English are essential. The role also requires experience with Salesforce CRM, familiarity with HubSpot, and hands-on experience with modern lead generation tools. A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities is crucial.
