Strategic Account Manager
As a Strategic Account Manager at Agoda, you will serve as the primary liaison between our key accommodation partners and our organization, focusing on nurturing and expanding these critical relationships. This role is integral to our mission of connecting travelers with a vast array of lodging options worldwide. Agoda, a leading online travel platform, is dedicated to providing seamless booking experiences and fostering strong partnerships within the travel industry.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key supply partners to drive mutual growth. Your day-to-day activities will include analyzing large datasets to propose tailored solutions, training partners on new and existing technologies, and preparing materials for partner meetings. Additionally, you will respond promptly to partner requests, execute strategies to launch promotional campaigns, and leverage product offerings to meet market demands. Achieving country KPIs, growth targets, and supporting the Area Manager in preparing reports for senior stakeholders will also be key aspects of your role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in English and Cantonese, a bachelor's degree, and 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or account management. Essential skills include strong interpersonal abilities, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and a professional "get it done" attitude. Experience in the internet or e-commerce sectors is preferred, and a background in the travel industry or an MBA is considered advantageous.
