Store Supervisor (Part-Time)

The Studio Supervisor at Studs is a pivotal part-time role based in Canoga Park, California, reporting directly to the Studio Manager. As a Studio Supervisor, you will be entrusted with opening and closing the studio, ensuring all procedures are accurately followed. Your leadership will be crucial during peak periods, guiding the team to meet both sales and service objectives. This position requires a mature, responsible individual capable of operating independently while upholding the brand's standards.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing visual merchandising, restocking supplies, and maintaining the studio's cleanliness. You will also analyze daily business performance and implement strategies to drive results. As a floor leader during assigned shifts, you'll structure the team to achieve sales and service goals, ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards.

Ideal candidates should have prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role, demonstrating independent operational capabilities and opening/closing responsibilities. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with availability required on Saturdays and Sundays. The role demands reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment in a customer-facing environment. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and the ability to lift or move at least 20 lbs.
