Store Manager - Short Pump Town Center

The Store Manager at ALO's Short Pump Town Center location in Richmond, Virginia, is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. This role involves creating a positive and productive work environment that aligns with ALO's mission of promoting mindful movement and better living. The Store Manager will oversee sales, profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards, and the development of a successful Sales, Operations, and Visual team.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing retail strategies, understanding the local market and clientele, and demonstrating strong business acumen through key performance indicators to drive business strategies. The Store Manager will lead the team by leveraging company tools and incentives to meet sales goals, ensure the team embodies ALO's guiding principles, and foster an environment of growth, accountability, and inclusivity through development, performance management, training, and consistent coaching.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of retail or related industry leadership experience, working knowledge of MS Office applications, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They should be highly motivated to drive business in a fast-paced, innovative environment, possess an independent work ethic, and align with ALO's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to move around all areas of the store, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand and move for an entire shift.

Compensation for this full-time position includes a competitive salary, with estimates ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
