Invisible Technologies is seeking a STEM Specialist fluent in Spanish (Spain) to contribute to the advancement of AI systems. This role involves collaborating with a team dedicated to enhancing large-scale language models, transforming them into powerful tools for scientific discovery and technical problem-solving. The company focuses on providing high-quality training data to democratize education and streamline work for professionals worldwide.

As a STEM Specialist, you will engage with advanced language models on topics such as thermodynamics, mechanics, calculus, statistics, materials science, electronics, algorithm design, and quantitative modeling. Your primary responsibilities include conversing with the model on real-world problem-solving scenarios, verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness, capturing reproducible error traces, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM discipline and possesses experience in research, engineering design, data analysis projects, or coding portfolios. Clear, metacognitive communication skills are essential, as the role requires effectively "showing your work" during interactions with AI models.

This is a contract position offering a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined based on experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor, you are expected to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and paid time off do not apply.
