STEM Specialist (Fluent in Marathi) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

We are seeking an experienced STEM professional fluent in Marathi to join our Freelance AI Trainer Project. As a STEM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing AI models by providing subject matter expertise, linguistic precision, and cultural context. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools and contribute to the development of advanced language models.

In this role, you will review and annotate AI-generated content, assess responses for technical accuracy and clarity, and identify and document error patterns. Collaborating closely with our team, you will refine prompts, evaluation methods, and domain-specific guidelines to improve model performance. Your day-to-day work will involve providing expert feedback on complex STEM concepts, problem-solving approaches, and terminology in both English and Marathi.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in a STEM field through teaching, research, or applied practice, along with fluency in Marathi. Experience in translation, bilingual education, or linguistic annotation is advantageous. Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

We offer a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor, you will need to supply a secure computer and stable internet connection; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
