STEM Specialist (Fluent in German) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Your primary responsibilities will involve conversing with the model on real-world problem-solving scenarios and theoretical questions, verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness, capturing reproducible error traces, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM discipline and is fluent in German. Experience in published research, engineering design, data analysis projects, or coding portfolios is highly valued. Clear, metacognitive communication skills are essential, as the role requires effectively "showing your work" to enhance the model's reasoning capabilities.

Compensation for this freelance position ranges from $8 to $65 per hour, determined based on experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor, you will need to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
