As an intern, you will be integrated into the Finance & Restructuring Department, assisting both associates and partners on various cases. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth legal research, drafting analytical notes, and participating in the preparation and review of credit and security documents. Additionally, you will support financing operations by managing files, collecting and analyzing documents required for conditions precedent, organizing and preparing closing meetings, and handling post-closing follow-ups.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of English and have completed at least one successful internship in a law firm. A background in finance or restructuring is advantageous. Applicants should be enrolled in a Master 2 program or be a trainee lawyer.
