Stage - Sales Strategy Analyst (x/f/m) - Juillet 2026
Doctolib is seeking a Sales Strategy Analyst Intern to join its Sales Strategy France team in July 2026. This role offers a central position within an organization comprising over 400 sales professionals, providing an opportunity to contribute significantly to the development of one of Europe's most ambitious startups. The intern will work directly with sales directors and closely collaborate with all sales teams and managers across France.
The primary objective of this internship is to enhance the performance of the entire sales team by providing tools, analyses, training, insights, and market data. Key responsibilities include deploying new processes or improving existing ones to scale sales teams and boost productivity, implementing new tools to increase performance, and creating dashboards to analyze sales processes. Additionally, the intern will be involved in project management tasks such as designing roadmaps, identifying stakeholders, planning and preparing workshops, and overseeing project implementation from start to finish, including communication, change management, and team training.
Candidates should be students in engineering or business schools with prior professional experience. They must possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, capable of communicating clear and structured ideas. Proficiency in numerical analysis and advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, is essential. Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written, is required. The ideal candidate will be curious, proactive, autonomous, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
