As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) intern at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence among healthcare professionals in France. Your primary objective will be to engage with medical practitioners, introducing them to Doctolib's suite of products, including Doctolib Patient, Doctolib Téléconsultation, and Doctolib Médecin. This position is integral to our Inside Sales team, a dynamic group of 250 passionate individuals dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative solutions.

In this role, your key responsibilities will encompass updating and organizing prospect information within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, collaborating closely with support and product teams to ensure user satisfaction, generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential users, and participating in team meetings and continuous training sessions to enhance your sales skills.

The ideal candidate is seeking a final-year internship, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, with a good command of English, demonstrates strong interpersonal abilities and a team-oriented mindset, exhibits a keen desire to learn and grow within a socially impactful company, shows empathy and attentive listening skills, and maintains a high level of organization and efficiency. While not mandatory, prior experience in sales and an interest in the healthcare sector are advantageous.
