Additionally, you will support the design and execution of projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Prior experience in HR analytics or strategy projects is a plus. Fluency in French and English is required to effectively collaborate with our diverse team.
