Stage - Corporate Development Analyst (x/f/m) - Juillet 2026
Doctolib is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst Intern for a six-month internship starting in July 2026. This role is integral to the Corporate Development team, which reports directly to the CFO and collaborates closely with the Executive Committee. The team is divided into two main areas: External Growth, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and investor relations, and Corporate Strategy, ensuring alignment with Doctolib's strategic plan and monitoring industry developments.
As a Corporate Development Analyst Intern, you will engage in strategic discussions and prepare presentations for the Executive Committee. Your responsibilities will include continuous monitoring of the digital health and tech sectors, drafting monthly newsletters for senior leadership, assisting in optimizing team processes using AI tools, supporting investor relations management, identifying potential M&A targets, and participating in valuation and due diligence processes.
The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master's degree in finance, business, or engineering with a strong analytical focus. Prior experience in strategy or corporate finance, such as in consulting, investment banking, corporate M&A, venture capital, or private equity, is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, autonomy, initiative, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in French and professional English. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent Google Suite tools is required; knowledge of German or Italian is a plus.
