WPP Media is seeking a Junior Consultant Intern to join its consulting division, WPP Consulting, based in Paris, France. The consulting division focuses on guiding businesses through transformation challenges, including customer experience enhancement, digitalization, and operational model evolution.
In this role, the intern will collaborate closely with a manager to support a wide range of consulting assignments. Responsibilities include assisting in defining client needs in coordination with various WPP expertise areas, conducting market analyses and competitive benchmarks, and preparing and conducting stakeholder interviews. The intern will also be involved in structuring and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, contributing to the development of deliverables such as diagnostics, summaries, and recommendations, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of these outputs. Additionally, the role encompasses participating in the creation of commercial proposals, aiding in the development of new internal offerings, and engaging in team initiatives like monitoring, innovation, and workshops.
Candidates should be pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in business school, engineering, or an equivalent university program, with a specialization in management or consulting. A strong affinity for consulting, strategy, transformation, and data/marketing is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, strong interpersonal abilities, intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and rigor. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with English language skills at a C1 to C2 level.
