Doctolib is seeking an intern to support its initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and tools. The People System and Performance team focuses on HR process excellence, continuous improvement, performance, HR information systems (such as Workday and People Doc), HR compliance, audits, certifications, data analytics, and reporting.

The intern will contribute to implementing the People Roadmap within the People Systems and Performance project team. Reporting directly to the HRIS Project Manager, the intern will collaborate closely with HR teams in France, Germany, and Italy. Responsibilities include reviewing processes to identify areas for improvement, supporting their implementation in the HR information system (Workday), assisting teams in defining and formalizing business needs, monitoring various projects in the People roadmap (governance, preparation of steering committees), proposing digital, HR, automation, and AI initiatives (documentation, benchmarks, prompts), and participating in change management related to HR solutions.

The ideal candidate is curious and pragmatic, fluent in French and English, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to structure their thoughts and work. They should be data-oriented, comfortable with data analysis using Office or Google Suite (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts), tech-savvy, and capable of handling confidential data responsibly as an HR professional.
