Stage - Assistant Satisfaction (x/f/m) - Paris - Juillet 2026
Doctolib is seeking a Customer Success Intern to join our team in Paris starting July 2026. In this role, you will support the company's growth by ensuring effective process management and addressing practitioner satisfaction and training needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team facing exciting challenges.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing CRM reporting for clients integrating with Doctolib, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams, distributing and qualifying training requests, collaborating with Onboarding Managers on client satisfaction initiatives, and leading the development and enhancement of internal team presentations and KPI dashboards.
To be successful in this role, you should be pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in business school, engineering, or a related university program. You should demonstrate initiative, a passion for process improvement, rigor, curiosity, and proactivity. Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
